Fring is a application made for 3g phones and allows ur phone 2 make a phone call via 3g netwrk. U only pay for 3g not da call meanin if you ve got free gprs(virgin mobile) in ur 3g phone u ve also got free phone calls! N if u r payn for gprs n an hour u can pay 50 cents a call!
